How to assemble mdf boards?

#iwant to build a king size bed and a 3-door ward robe using mdf boards. i want to know what type of materials to use for joining the mdf boards?

You would have to build it in the same manner as you would if you where building an interior house wall. Framing the opening for the 3 doors etc. Hint: I see 2 by 4's in your future.

Wood glue and coarse thread screws. Look similar to drywall screws. Don't use drywall screws as they will mushroom the hole. Pre drill all holes or the MDF will shred.
