How do I remove contact paper from my kitchen cabinets?

Does anyone know how to remove old contact paper from inside kitchen cabinets?

    Hi Linda, here's some advice......start with softening the contact paper's glue by using a blow dryer on high to loosen the bond between the shelves and the contact paper. and then try pulling from one corner.

      Oh yes! I even have one of those heat guns for rubberstamp embossing. As long as I be careful with the heat gun because it is hot!

    Try using a blow dryer to loosen the glue and then use an old credit card to lift up the paper.
