The baking soda and vinegar will work for a while, did you remove the hair first? That is usually the culprit. If you didn't the soap, shaving cream, dirt, etc. will still gather on it and make a floppy mess again making it run slow. You need to use a tool called zip it that is a thin plastic stick with barbs on the sides to grab hair. Remove as much of the hair as possible, then go with the baking soda/vinegar hack and follow with a pan of boiling water to rinse everything down the pipes. Doing this once in a while will keep the sink and the tub/shower drains draining well.
