How do I decorate concrete floors?

Im moving into a place with epoxy painted floors. Like garage floors with the colored flecks in it. How can i make them look not so much like a garage floor

Use rugs! Or you can make floor cloths.
You can try stencils. Take a good photo to the paint department of your home improvement store and ask for their suggestions on paints and application tools. You can use any stencil for the design. If you can't find one that you like, you can make your own by tracing a design on sheets of acetate and using an Xacto knife to cut the stencil out.
I'd pick a couple of colors used in the finish and go with area rugs in those colors ... the washable 'deck/patio' rugs are wonderful, and not super expensive; you can 'layer' carpets as well ... but I'd stick with colors already in the finish ... https://www.hgtv.com/design/decorating/furniture-and-accessories/flooring-trend-layered-area-rugs-pictures

Hi, easy answer for this is rugs, you can change them out as you tire of them and use different sizes and colors. I would not mess with the finish, it is really pricey to get this done
