do you have an r.v.? some run with a 5 gallon water heater. if this is the type you are looking at, the rv dealership can order a replacement.
I have a 5 gal. Just for my kitchen sink under sink, still runs out of hot water, about $175. Our 50 gal for home ran about $900.
