I used modge podge and scrapbook paper to cover empty Oreo iced cream containers and put them in our bathrooms for recycling.
Do you mean the little buckets you get at the grocery store or the big buckets they use in an ice cream shop. When I was a kid, I made my mom a waste paper basket from the big Ice cream shop containers. Sides are decorated with rolled up magazine pages. I still use it. It must be at least 50 years old.
