Dawn dish soap and water. Vinegar water solution.
I use Awesome from the dollar store. It is a great grease cutter and costs...$1.00.
Diluted Super Clean - you’ll find it in the automotive Dept at Walmart. It’s in a purple container.
Use a product containing orange oil or a product called Krud Kutter. (Wear gloves - anything that will cut grease will also dry out your skin.) Test it in an inconspicuous place first. Either way, make sure to follow product directions, rinse the cabinets after, and then wipe them down with some Pledge or something if they are wood.
Hi this is Peggy. Grease is always a problem on kitchen cabinets if you cook a lot like we do. Hope this is helpful.

Dampen a clean, dry cloth with undiluted white vinegar, and wipe down greasy cabinets. Rinse your cloth with warm water, wring out most of the moisture, and use it to rinse the cabinetry. Dry the damp surfaces with a paper towel, but note any still-sticky spots that need a do-over.Dec 6, 2018

Grease don't stick to grease. so simply use cooking oil. work in a small area at a time using one finger lightly dip paper towel in oil . apply to cabinet using a circler motion. go over with a clean cloth.
I agree with Krud Kutter, it's my favorite.
I've had great success with KrudKutter Kitchen Degreaser. Spray it on and leave it for a few minutes before wiping down. If you have significant grease buildup, more than one treatment may be necessary. Also, this does not work on burnt on grease, like that found on cooktop surfaces. An advantage is that it is safe for food prep surfaces. https://www.amazon.com/Krud-Kutter-305373-Degreaser-All-Purpose/dp/B01MRHQG7K/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1550065689&sr=8-2&keywords=krud+kutter+kitchen+degreaser
I use Murphy's Oil Soap. It does a great job.
I use 1 cup ammonia, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup baking soda in 1 gallon warm water. mix wiell and use a rag to wipe down cabinets. Removes grease, grime, fingerprints and leaves a nice shine with no rinsing.
