How do you fit & attach molding between ceramic and wood strip floor?
Floor between slate and wood has molding which keeps getting pulled up. It is at a 90 degree angle and that is the point which it keeps pulling up.

It needs to be a solid threshold cut at 90 degrees and glued and/or nailed down.
What you need is a transition molding. It's beveled and overlaps both flooring by about 1/2" for a smooth and finished look.
Example if different types.

you can also use edge tiles and use that as a transition.
