What is this suculent's name?

It looks more like a kalanchoe luciae/paddle plant or kalanchoe thysiflora flap jack plant. They are very drought tolerant. Allow to completely dry out between waterings.

It’s a Paddle Plant. I’d repot it in cactus medium and water only when very dry. Very bright light, even partly sunny, and ignore it, the leaves will tell you when it’s thirsty

It also looks like the jade plant?

This plant heals diseases in Africa. It is plenty around my morher's house...we call it "ekiyondo".

Looks like Kalanchoe to me.

This reminds me of a "Pepperomia" plant.

Murrey? Plants don't usually complain about what you call them. The spots look like edema which comes from getting waterlogged. Stick your finger in the planting medium. Feel moisture? Then it doesn't need water. Don't feel any moisture? Then it's time to water. Make sure you are watering UNDER the leaves. If you get any moisture on the leaves/fleshy pads, then gently wipe them dry with a fresh cloth or paper towel. After 5 minutes, remove any water that's come out of the drain holes.
