Needs brighter light and much drier soil really good drainage, dry dry dry between waterings."If they remain in wet or waterlogged soils, succulentssuffer from edema, which causes brown, corky spots on the leaves" Indoors, humidity can have a considerable influence on edema; improving air circulation around plants will help reduce humidity into safer ranges.Long-standing suggestions for managing edema included the following:

    • Using a well-drained growing media
    • Increasing light intensity through spacing plants
    • Avoiding over-fertilizing, especially slow-growing plants
    • Avoiding over-watering and growing on the “dry side” during extended periods of low light and cool temperature
    • Reducing humidity even if that means turning up the heat

Cotyledon These are among the largest succulents for container growing, with a profusion of fleshy, paddle-shaped leaves. Some varieties have a thin red edging to the gray-silver leaves. Silver Peak and Silver Storm are popular varieties, the latter having bigger leaves. Both grow to about 20 inches. Give them the space they need or plant them as specimens in their own pots.Yours is Cotyledon ‘Silver Dollar’ . Most house plants die from overwatering and too much care.

It looks more like a kalanchoe luciae/paddle plant or kalanchoe thysiflora flap jack plant. They are very drought tolerant. Allow to completely dry out between waterings.

It’s a Paddle Plant. I’d repot it in cactus medium and water only when very dry. Very bright light, even partly sunny, and ignore it, the leaves will tell you when it’s thirsty

Murrey? Plants don't usually complain about what you call them. The spots look like edema which comes from getting waterlogged. Stick your finger in the planting medium. Feel moisture? Then it doesn't need water. Don't feel any moisture? Then it's time to water. Make sure you are watering UNDER the leaves. If you get any moisture on the leaves/fleshy pads, then gently wipe them dry with a fresh cloth or paper towel. After 5 minutes, remove any water that's come out of the drain holes.
