How can I get grease out of cupboards in refrigerators?

Do you want to get grease off refrigerator shelves? How thick is the grease layer?
How bad? A vinegar water solution or a paste of vinegar and baking soda will work. My go to cleaners before using chemicals where food or anything that touches food. Rubbing alcohol will also work.
I put dawn and hot water in a bowl. Then I dip a sponge in bowl and clean. May have to put a little additional dawn on the sponge.
Wipe clean with a wet rag.
A 50/50 mix of Dawn and vinegar is what I use for messes in the kitchen. I like it that thick since the Dawn clings more when not mixed with water.
