Hi go to Home depot with your measurements .they sell blown in insulation. .if you buy enough insulation the machine is free. .if not you can rent it. .we did ours last year what a difference it made. .our garage is away from our house. .my husband work shop. .we put a work pellets stove in this fall .we love to hang out their. .

Sounds like you need to insulate. You can use either the fiberglass batts or the spray in foam.
