Try massaging an oil-based product like baby oil, vegetable oil or Vaseline on it. It should break the paint up. Use only the smallest amount possible to avoid a permanent oil spot.
There are products on the market that take paint off. One was SO2, but I can not find it any more in my area. Look for paint removers on Amazon. I am sure they still make one. It too printer ink off white carpet. My husband dropped a plate of spaghetti on white carpet. It cleaned that red meat sauce stain easily.
