What temperature should seeds be in?

    My dad always puts them in the deep freeze in an envelope or an old pill bottle. He has had great success with it over the years. Whether it's flowers or vegetables, they always survive and do well.

    Hi Cheryl, the best temperature is 80 degrees but I keep my house at 70 degrees and my seeds germinate.

    what are you trying to grow? some seeds needs certain stratification process to get them to germinate
