Try trimming off the dead areas and wait until it comes back as the roots should be fine. Maybe it was caused by a dog.

Since this bush is the "end of row" bush, something may have come in contact with it that would cause the leaves to die. The other bushes did not have that exposure so they are unaffected. As Joy said, trim it back.

Another thought would be to put some kind of barrier close to the bush that is doing poorly to protect it from the environment it is bothering it-such as a mini fence.
