How do I build a potting table?

How do I build a gardening, potting table, possibly with a board on right end with 2-3 round holes to put pots in while repotting or planting new pots? Also 1-2 shelves underneath for tools and/or potting soil and natural fertilizer/soil enhancers. I also love the feel of soil, planting and watching them grow, in addition to satisfaction of recycling, reusing items.
