You really cant
Cultured marble is mostly plastic with paint streaked through it. You can use a marbling kit from almost any paint department or hobby store. You can tape off the hardware and repaint the sink and counter with any color of Rustoleum 2X for plastic, which will also fill in tiny cracks. You can certainly install a new countertop and sink, but then you may as well get a new vanity to fit your current style. Get something you really like.
