If you have time, paint and if you have carpets, get them professionally steam cleaned. Add a little curb appeal too. Even a bunch of potted plants to make the main entrance welcoming will work. Tidy up the landscaping around the home. An easy way to have it look tidy is to add bark mulch with a few native plantings.

Paint everything that needs it,new faucets in bathroom & kitchen,Clean clean clean everything,update flooring if it needs new vinyl is low cost,curb appeal-clean up outside paint if needed add some plants/flowers,bake some cookies when they come the scent will fill the home who doesn't love cookies.
