Is it painted, or what type of wall surface is it underneath the stencils?
Have you tried any type of wall cleaner, or soap, so far?
Is the stenciling painted on the walls?
You’ll likely need to sand. Stencils often leave raised edges of paint and the texture could show through the new paint. :)
Thank you. It kind of a plastic type material that has to be completely removed before can paint wall
