How do I prevent condensation under my aluminum carport?

I have a 25 year old aluminum car port. Overnight when my car is parked, water drips down wherever there is a screw connecting the top to the frame. It doesn’t leak at all when it rains. Only at night the dripping( maybe condensation) comes down the frame and falls on the car. Could I use clear caulking on screws on roof top to seal?

You'd have a hard time taking it back apart if you ever need to. Try rubber washers with screws.

You might want to have the top cool sealed with an acrylic rubber coating. We use it a lot in the south for tin roofs on barns and storage buildings and old houses with the old tin roofs to stop leaks.
yes you can caulk them but it will need time to cure so do it on nice warm day early in the morning so it has all day before condensation forms again
