How do I get grease off my white tennis shoe?

Hi. My wife and I were feeding cows yesterday and she was driving the old tractor. Well she got some grease on the top of her shoe, a very big smudge. How can I clean the white tennis shoe? Thank you for your help. Ralph

Get dawn dish detergent and apply two drops on the spot. Then get an old toothbrush and scrub the detergent into the stain. Let it soak in for about an hour then put the tennis shoes in the washer with hot water and clorox bleach. Do complete wash cycle. Wala...clean tennis shoes!

  Thank you Ms.Williamsen.I appreciate the help.My wife jumped on the tractor the other day after a long day of teaching and I try to make her day easier by doing what I can to help.Washing machine stuff is not my best skill.I can work cows,do mechanical,electrical and cooking.Clothes cleaning no. You should be able to use dish soap and bleach make a past scrub the spot with a tooth brush then rinse

  Thank you very much.I replied to one person,I can work cows,mechanical,electrical and cook.No when it comes to washing clothes.This will save her new tennis shoes.Have a blessed day.Wish you well on the grass.We did our front yard and we scratched the dirt with a grass rake.The dirt was really moist.It made little furrows.We used a plastic hand held spreader from wall mart to disperse a 5.00 bag of burmuda grass seed.With a water hose sprinkle the planted area for two to three weeks and keep it really damp once a day.Wow Little sprouts everywhere and felt awesome.Have a blessed day Ms.Miro.
