I just read about using dryer sheets to get animal hair off of anything. Just wipe with a dryer sheet. The hairs will cling to the fibers in the dryer sheet.

lint brush or a damp sponge work. It is very time consuming and never perfect. The upholstery brush on your vacuum is also a possible choice. Take off the hangers so you don't split the opening at the top.

Use packing tape. Press the sticky side where the cat hair is and it will take it off easily. Depending on what material your blinds are I would, first try it in an a small area that people can't see. Just to make sure it doesn't leave any residue because I don't know what your blinds are made of. I've used it several times when I don't have my reusable sticky rollers with me.
