Why can i not save any ideas any longer?

I do d things that I would like to save & am not able to. The save at the bottom is no longer there. So tell me how I am supposed to recall an idea or design if I can't save it?

On the bottom of a project page there is a heart and "I want to do this". click on it and the project is saved.
What William said. However, if you're on a mobile device or tablet, it may look slightly different.
The hearts are no longer there! This is what is at the bottom of my page instead of the heart. "Get a free design consult" that is on every idea/project I open.
I know there was a heart there before. I have saved over a 100 ideas/projects before.
This has been going on for a couple weeks now.
