Pour equal parts bleach and warm water into a clean spray bottle. Spray the grout and wipe the tile with a damp cloth to remove the bleach residue.

Create a paste with 1 cup distilled white vinegar, 1 cup salt and 1 cup baking soda. Apply the paste to any stuck-on dirt or grime on the bathroom tiles. Scrub the area and wipe the paste away with a damp cloth.

Create a solution of equal parts distilled white vinegar and water. Scrub the bathroom tiles with the sponge. Allow the tiles to air dry.

Fill a small container with lemon juice. Saturate a clean sponge in the lemon juice and wipe down the bathroom tiles. This will make the tiles shine and fill your bathroom with a fresh, citrus aroma.

Vinegar and ammonia, mixed with a little water. My Mom used this for windows and mirrors and it worked great.

    Marie,

Whether or not you can shine it depends on whether you have a glossy finish or a matte finish on the tiles.

Cleaning them properly (see above post) will make the tile shine.

If your fixtures are porcelain, also a good cleaning.

Then declutter and add some special touches. Maybe paint the vanity, add some shelves, and a new light fixture and mirror.
