How do you redo kitchen cabinets and other doors?

Kitchen cabinets repainted ,what about pantry doors and moldings ?

Sand, clean, prime and paint.
Pantry doors and trim can be painted the same as you did the cabinets. Prep depends on existing condition. If the door and trim are a stained and varnished condition. I would get a wipe-on de-glosser. Then prime and paint them.
You can paint the molding to match, or you can leave them to match the rest of the molding in the house. Do it the way that you would be happy with it, you are the one who sees it every day, make it the way you want it. If the pantry door doesn't match the rest of the cupboards, it may look better matching them. Paint a larger piece of cardboard with the cabinet paint and tape it on the pantry door and leave it for a couple of days to see if you will like it better as is or painted the same as the cabinets.
