How can I redo a wall that is wall papered badly?

Hi i have a wall thats papered badly it has two coats of white but the imperfections show through.Help

Jayne....I would suggest removal of wall paper and it will probably not be easy since it is painted over. Talk with someone in the paint section at Lowe's, etc. and see what they might suggest. Good luck!
You can skim coat it https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=DIY+skim+coating+to+cover+bad+wallpaper or it needs to be sanded down smooth;needs completely removed then sanded;drywalled over
