How to build a dry lined cupboard in a garage?

I would like to build a storage cupboard in my garage mainly to store books . I do not want to dryline the whole garage. The garage is a single skin brick built. There are no damp issues but just gets cold in the winter

Check out places like restore, garage sales, salvation army, someone you know that is replacing their kitchen cupboards, etc.. You can Mount them on the garage wall and keep books in their. I have three double cupboards in my garage , one holds vehicle fluids and other things like a few tools or small pieces like the various shopvac parts and pressure washer parts. Another holds gardening supplies and bird food (no mouse or chipmunk raids with the doors closed). The other holds the larger kitchen pots that are hard to store in the kitchen and aren't used a whole lot.
Know anyone with an old fridge? Ours went bad and Granny moved it into her basement to store home canned goods, mostly jelly. A few extra shelves could make a place for books.
