How to disguise your soil pipe when going through a new roof?

Usually there is a flashing which goes over the pipe on the roof. They come in black so painting the pipe black to match.
Usually they put it in the wall and build a box around it or close to the wall
To William’s point, you’ll need flashing and possibly counter flashing on the roof flue.
All the big roofing manufacturer’s sell matching spray paint, of which mine actually oxidized over time. Sigh.
Mask off the roof, wipe down the hardware with vinegar (it’s either aluminum or galvanized), prime and paint it, with spray paint, two full coats.
