You can watch tutorials on spray-dying concrete driveways. It works great!

They must be power washed at a minimum, masked at the house & edges and you’ll need a high quality garden sprayer.

concrete dye/stain can be tinted any color and is not fully opaque. It’s at all the DIY stores.

if you want to cover up rust stains, one must remove them first with muriatic acid (it’s acid and that’s a whole other topic)

if want to cover oil stains, then remove them first with detergents, as they can’t be painted nor dyed.

Porch & deck paint will peel off the concrete within a year, I’ve seen it happen.

Maru, maybe this tutorial will help. I did my concrete porch and sidewalk. It looks great, but it does fade in two or three years.

You can use special paint for concrete. I would not spray paint, just roll it out. We did our garage floor and it was easy!
