I remember her using 4 colors, black, brown, grey and white and she used the concrete walk form you can find in garden shops or on line. Painted different concrete paint colors in the spaces as a base color, splattered drops from a dry brush method from the different colors and also used white splatter. She sealed three times with a concrete sealer. I think she said to practice on a plywood sheet so you get the effect you want. If your efforts are not what you want, hire an art student or get an artsy friend to assist or finish the project. Good Luck. This might be on YouTube.

I saw the same video and they used cement pavers that were shaped like stone to spray paint the concrete, then colored each "stone" with 3 colors blended differently in each one. They left the "grout" areas just the cement without paint to look like grout. I would get the plastic mold for spray painting, then get a sample or picture of real stones and imitate the 3 main colors of them and have fun! Here's a cool video. My parents also did stamped concrete to look like stone.
