How do I paint or cover laminate kitchen tile?

Clean with TSP, prime with a binding primer like Stick It. Paint. Do not sand laminate, will scratch.

I used Fusion Mineral Paint to paint my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets need to be cleaned with Krud Kutter to remove grease, you can lightly sand the cabinets then paint!
