How to get rid of laurel bush stumps?

Hi I've previously cut my laurel down got most of the stumps out but they just grew back just as big any sergesstions appreciated

  • For instant gratification you can have the stumps ground out. Or drill holes in it and kill with Epsom salt and vinegar which will take years. They do have chemical applications, so if you have pets, read the label carefully.

    Burn them out! Layer charcoal briquettes around them-it works!

    I drill down into the stump, inject concentrated Spectrcide into, and seal with candle wax. I don't know how large your stumps are. You may have to drill and fill several holes. I have had great luck doing this.

    Any wooden stump can be easily removed if you drill holes down in it as deep as your drill bits will go, drill as many as possible as deep as possible and fill them with Epsom salts. It will take a season, but it will speed up the rotting process and the stump will die out and be easily taken off at the ground level and planted over.
