How to heal my lemon tree and soil?

My lemon tree had started to show signs of yellow leaves and fruit falling of tree while still small and not ripe.
Have given it a few feeds of magnesium powder in water. Also used some slow release fertiser pellets.
Have not noticed much change as yet?
Could you help with this issue if there is anyone who can come out to house to help oversea this

Have you had your soil tested? I would start with that. Magnesium might not be the right thing to use. Here are some sites that might help.

My trees are a bit wonky too, but we have had huge temperature swings, was in the mid 70's during the day and 40ish at night. We are having a cold snap, has been in the 20's at night and only warming up to the 40's and 50's during the day. That alone will cause blossom or fruit drop.
If you happen to have both yellowing leaves and new growth falling from your plant, there is a good chance you are overwatering.
