How can I clean a premixed grout?

How can I clean a premixed grout that has the sealant mixed in that has failed? My grout lines look dirty and I have tried several cleaning agents but nothing has really cleaned it well.

Try white vinegar & A&H baking soda mix, use an old toothbrush to apply between grout.
Hi Janice, I use vinegar with water and a small toothbrush, as I've heard bleach can yellow the grout further.
