How do I finish the end of buried gutter drain hose for safety?

I have 5 buried gutter drain pipes around the house buried just under the topsoil. I don't really want to have to put bucket type tubs under the ends. I have them slanted -out gradually but there is still a "drop-off" type hole/place that is dangerous for us walking in the yard. I thought of using an elbow under ground and a vent cover type cap to be flush to the ground but I'm afraid the water won't drain properly and get stagnant in the pipes. (Maybe use a drain pipe with holes?) We get a good average of rain so these pipes are somethings we do need. I don't have the $ or physical ability to connect all the pipes to drain to one area. That would be quite costly $. Thanks. I will try to get a couple of pics tomorrow if the rain stops long enough. It's East TN so been raining off and on for quite some time.

Hi, Make sure they are directed away from the house. Surround with stones or gravel before they hit the soil.
