Theres,reg spray paint. I guess you just want them a solid color? If you want to do detail work, use crafters small bottle oil paints.
I would use spray primer first, especially if the ceramic figures are glossy. Then you could spray paint them a different color. Hope this helps!
Remove any existing finish that might be flaking or peeling. If the finish is extremely smooth, scuff with a brush or fine steel wool. Clean and once it's dry you can spray paint. If you need to prime, Kilz makes a spray primer.
