Bought a rolled up rug runner has a crease in so rug won't lay flat. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you.

If you can weigh down the parts of the rug that are creased or rolling up and let it sit for a few days, then this should help. Good luck!
Spritz with warm water the crease and roll on opposite direction, let it sit like that overnight
Spritz as suggested but flip it over. You might add heavy items as well but make sure you don't cause a new crease.

A steamer or iron would help a lot. If you have a large enough washing machine I would wash it then lay it out flat to dry in a sunny place.
Ice cubes are supposed to take out dents and bends in rugs.
