I use Thieves foaming hand soap and fill half with water and half with the soap!
I just buy the refill soap and pour it in the foam soap dispenser. It is the foam dispenser that makes the foam. I usually buy the refill soap with aloe in it for softer hands. Refills are very inexpensive and last about 6 months...get lots of refills in them.
