Is it safe to put my plants out or plant new ones?
I noticed my trees are budding and my peach tree has blooms but not sure if we will get any cold or freeze still. It may be too soon to know

I am in zone 9 and "technically" my last frost date has passed. BUT we are coming out of a cold snap, it was 30° this a.m. By next week it will be warm enough to plant.
In S.W. PA, don't plant outside before mid to late May to avoid potential late frost damage.
In Boise Idaho, no planting until zero snow on Bogus Basin Ski Resort....or you will lose it. Learned the hard way
