Should I be giving my potted tulips fertilizer?

My potted tulips and garden bublbs are up about 4”. Should I be giving them fertilizer?

no leave them alone for now; after they die back in fall and return to bulb form then fertilze so they can absorb nutrients when they begin life cycle in coming spring/summer
feed them bone meal at least, it helps with the bulb growth.
