either cats- they'll chase them out although my formerly feral kitties occas. catch and kill. Or make noise- then block off access. Good luck. (also, is it the noise you object to or the destruction?)

traps with peanut butter bait-squirrels are so dumb you can catch the whole bunch-the babies might be a problem
Once trapped, screen off access to the crawl space using heavy duty "Hardware cloth", reinforcing corners and securely screwing into wood or concrete. Squirrels teeth can cause significant damage to wood and wiring.
You need to block off the entrance how they are getting in. Probably a hole somewhere. We used metal mesh. First, get them out. Lay traps if you need to. We shot off a fog horn (haha) to scare them out. That seemed to work but you have to patch the hole or they will come back.
