Hello Vicki. Leave the pallet intact. Then paint it to look like an American flag. The top left-hand portion should be painted blue with white stars. The rest of the pallet should be painted with red and white stripes.
I basically just want something that cute for the summer and spring look and easy for me to setup outside the store. It’s doesn’t have to go with the look of the store just something that pops and you see it from the road and I’m close to the road.

I can't think.of what a pallet would do with a ladies boutique. Maybe use an old maniqiun or dress form you could change out daily.
