Farmhouse Lazy Susan Spice Rack

Did you see my farmhouse bread box or my farmhouse wood tray? Well here is the "matching" lazy susan wooden spice rack.

The customer found this rotating spice rack at a local thrift store and brought to me to paint to "match" her previous purchases I shared above. Like always it was well cleaned, this one had a waxy sticky substance that required scraping and extra cleaning but it was all clean before the next steps.

To keep the farmhouse warm white color, Two coats of Fusion Mineral Paint in Plaster were brushed on. The whole piece was lightly distressed and sanded then black wax from Fusion added as well.

Seeing both previous pieces had a stencil, the customer chose this stencil I purchased from Michaels from Waverly. Fusion Mineral paint in coal black was applied over the stencil. When it was dry, it too was lightly sanded for a worn aged feeling.

This sweet spice rack is now ready to have all the jars filled, labelled and set in the kitchen with the coordinating other pieces for a fun farmhouse feel for many years to come.

Hi! I love this, and actually found one of these at a thrift store. Do you have an idea of what size of spice jar would fit this rack?
