Wedding Gift

$20

I wanted to create a special keepsake for one of my nieces that recently got married. And I have a small addiction to a local reuse building supply company and found the perfect materials.

This is one of two 6 pane windows I bought.

This is the final result of a lot of clean up and stripping. My plan behind the photo display was to capture the little moments and details that are sometimes hard to remember. They are so excited about it which makes me even more happy.

How did you get the pics to stay in each section thanks

Hi Pattie, I used spray adhesive and attached them to foam core that I had cut to fit each opening (snug fit). Then, since no one will really ever see the back of the window pane I just used duct tape and secured them into position. With using the foam core it had almost aligned evenly with the panes so it worked out nicely.

I love this idea as a wedding gift. My daughter is doing a destination wedding this month and a reception next month so I have plenty of time toget one done for them! Thanks for the idea @Brenda H
