Move closer to the light source, they are getting leggy because they are trying to reach the light. Or if you have a grow light hang it above the seedlings closer to them . Also if you can pinch them back from the top an inch then they will spread out if you have enough sets of leaves to leave some leaves on after you pinch. What kind of seedlings?
They need more light. You probably need a grow light
Especially the tomatoes you can pinch back but even though they may be getting Sunshine they may not be close enough to the source so they are basically reaching, stretching out trying to get enough light. If you can do a grow light or if you can move them closer to the source I'm not sure where you have them located. But both of those need a lot lot lot of sun. Do you have them in a window? Or where do you have them located inside
yes, a window and I even move them to follow the sun throughout the day
Also, are they getting enough warmth? They may need a heat mat.
