You could put plants and build small garden areas where the areas are most obvious. Put a border around them digging a bit deeper where it is higher and it will be less noticeable. Plant a variety of items in the mini garden areas.

    Hi jacqueline,

There are plants that are generally low lying called Stepables, thyme is one of them, when walked on you have a fragrance. Amazon carries them.

If your ground is unlevel and you walk around on it, then regrading it would be the way to go like Naomie suggested. Unlevel ground is a tripping and falling hazard. If you do it right, you won't have to worry about again and in the long run it will be cost effective. I like to recommend stepables to cover an area that gets walked on but has other problems like no sun, not much water, etc. They are a great ground cover, but can take some time to fill in and be invasive if not kept under control. This is their website.
