How to find the best waterproof flooring to lay over old vinyl?

Sheet vinyl or vinyl planks will do the job nicely. Takes a beating and easy to maintain.

  So welcome Bob! In addition to the big box stores, seek out flooring stores, typically they have a better selection. Prices are generally competitive too.

As long as the vinyl flooring is flat and level peel and stick vinyl planks would be the easiest. Waterproof and resilient.

Sheet vinyl is probably the easiest and is water proof.
