If you can’t get to them from the inside, you’ll have to remove the bottom panels, which may damage them.

Condensation that from improper insulation and ventilation at eaves will cause wood rot and mold.
I don't usually insulate the eaves.

I've never heard of insulating the eaves. They are totally outside and it won't be worth insulating.
