How do I fix peeling wallpaper?

What would cause wallpaper to peel off the lower part of an internal wall and how do i fix it

    Hi Lynn! If the wall was prepped and well glued, odds are humidity is the culprit. You don't say what room it is in, but, I've had some bad experiences with wallpaper in bathrooms and kitchens. If, it isn't humidity, the glue may not be holding. If that's the problem, maybe because it was pushed out when smoothing, you can re-glue the paper with wallpaper glue. Just take your time.

    Just add wallpaper paste to wall and press down wallpaper with a squeegee. It will be ok.

    Moisture. Wallpaper paste stays water soluble after it dries. Either the paper was not hung correctly or you are getting moisture in that wall. If it is not a moisture problem then you should be able to re glue the paper to the wall. Just be sure to use wall paper paste and not watered down white glue.
