I had some bleach spots I camouflaged years ago with wet tea bags dabbed on. Not perfect but I was able to hide the marks somewhat.
Watered down paint. Experiment to get the right shade.
I don't think it's possible to reverse the effects of the bleach, but you can try to dye the carpet to match.
