I am a bit of a rogue gardener and have adapted my methods to the climate I live in. They grow like weeds for me, I just plop them in some cactus and succulent mix and give them some sun and a bit of water and they grow.
I added gravel to potting soil. A friend uses succulent soil. Make sure it drains well. I feed mine once a week with a spritz of micro nutrient.
Cactus and succulent mix is the best one for you to use.
Thank You All for the helpful suggestions.
